get61 Sheepshead (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details provided through Facebook Login or other sign-in methods.
- Gameplay and Usage Data: Information related to your activity within the App (e.g., scores, preferences, and gameplay history).
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and basic log data for troubleshooting and performance.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the App’s functionality.
- Allow you to log in and play with other users.
- Communicate with you about updates, support, and important notices.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations and platform requirements.
3. Data Sharing

5. Data Deletion Request
Any user who has accessed or used our app may request deletion of personal data associated with their use of the app. To request deletion of your data, please contact us at jeremyget61@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” In your request, please include enough information for us to identify your account or app activity, such as your name, email address, username, Facebook or Instagram user ID if applicable, and any other account information you used with the app. After receiving a deletion request, we will verify the request as reasonably necessary and delete personal data associated with your use of the app, including data received through Facebook or Instagram login or integrations, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period of time and, where required by applicable law, within the timeframe required by law. If you connected our app to Facebook or Instagram, you may also remove the app from your Meta account settings. Removing the app from your Meta account does not automatically delete all data we may have already received, so please also submit a deletion request using the instructions above if you want us to delete data stored by us.
Any Withdrawal/Revocation/Cancellation/Opt-out/Right to object/Stop/Rejection/Termination of consent to Personal Data processing will end User Data collection for that user when requested and any stored User Data collected before the request will be deleted.
User data will be deleted upon request to jeremyget61@gmail.com or by submitting a request at https://get61.com/contact_us.
User data will be deleted regardless of the country they are in when the request is made.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Children’s Privacy
get61 Sheepshead is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
